One game that i have always been a fan of is the Elder scrolls franchise i feel like in there latest game elder scrolls Skyrim it lived up to the expectations of the other games if had everything that the player would want its filled with hundreds of quests and side quests so the game feels like its never ending but if you had the game on the Pc you can get mods for the game that you download on Steam so then the game would feel like it never ends because you can constantly update and get more out of the game with new mods and also with the graphics as well .
